Cutlers Relay
Graves Park in Sheffield - will probably be easiest to book Taxis. This is on Saturday 28th October.
It consists of 2 mile runs, men in 5 stages and women in 3. Sounds like it shuld be a lot of fun and there are also money prizes up for grabs including £100 for first university team!!!

The ladies race starts at 1pm and the men at 2pm but it would be great if you could all arrive a couple of hours earlier to help with parking- shouldn't take too long!

As i have to fill out entry forms for the relay, please let me know as soon as possible if you are interested and we can get some teams together.

South Yorkshire Cross Country league consists of 4 races:

15/10/06 - Hesley Wood, Chapeltown

5/11/06 - Campsall Country Park (Doncaster)

26/11/06 - Longley Park, Sheffield

14/1/07- Winter Hill, Kimberworth

The distances are normally 6K for us girls and 10k for the lads however the first fixtue will be 5k and 8k.

Ladies race starts at 12 and men 12.30

The first fixtue is 2 weeks on Sunday, we can get to Chapeltown by train (there is a train at around 10.35 taking about 15 minutes) and there are also buses from the Sheffield bus station (no. 77 and 29 around 10.30).

Please could you let us know as soon as possible if you are interested- more people the better as we also enter as a team- so we have an idea of numbers.
